Service
MusicTree Release Studio provides tools for developing music-related material, including lyrics, prompts, creative concepts, cover directions, release content, audio editing, and export preparation. Features may change as the service improves.
Membership and billing
Paid access costs $9.99 USD per month. Payments and recurring billing are handled by PayPal. If payment fails, expires, is reversed, refunded, suspended, or canceled, paid features may become unavailable at the end of the applicable paid period.
Sign-in and account access
The service uses ChatGPT-provided identity information to recognize signed-in users. You are responsible for keeping access to your ChatGPT and PayPal accounts secure. MusicTree does not store those account passwords.
User content
You remain responsible for content you submit and for how you use or publish results. You must have the necessary rights to names, lyrics, images, recordings, trademarks, or other material you provide. You permit MusicTree to process and store submitted content only as needed to operate, maintain, and support the service.
Generated content
Computer-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other content, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. MusicTree does not guarantee originality, copyright eligibility, commercial success, platform acceptance, or freedom from third-party claims. You are responsible for reviewing results and obtaining professional advice or permission when needed before publishing, distributing, or monetizing them.
Acceptable use
You may not violate law or another person's rights; upload malicious code; interfere with service operation; attempt unauthorized access; impersonate another person; misrepresent ownership; create unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive material; resell access; or bypass membership controls. Access may be limited or suspended when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or third parties.
Availability and third-party services
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Continuous operation, error-free results, or permanent availability of every feature is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MusicTree is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from use of, or inability to use, the service. ChatGPT/OpenAI, Google Gemini, PayPal, Cloudflare, and linked services operate under their own terms and policies.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated when features, pricing, or legal requirements change. Continued use after revised terms are posted constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions may be submitted through the private support form.
