MusicTree membership costs $9.99 USD per month and is processed through PayPal.
Cancellation
You may cancel recurring billing in PayPal by opening Settings, choosing Payments, opening Automatic Payments or Subscriptions, selecting MusicTree Release Studio, and choosing Cancel.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Access normally remains available until the end of the period already paid for, provided the payment remains valid. Deleting project data or stopping use does not automatically cancel PayPal billing.
Refunds
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period begins, and partial-month refunds are not normally provided, except where required by applicable law.
If you believe you were charged twice, charged after a confirmed cancellation, or affected by a payment-processing error, submit a private support request. Requests are reviewed against available PayPal transaction records; submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
Failed or reversed payments
If a payment fails, is disputed, reversed, or refunded, membership access may be suspended or ended.
